The Challenge
Osbourne Pinner is a UK-based team of solicitors. When they came to Wrise, they were London-based only and highly reliant on paid advertising to generate enquiries.
A major problem was that the firm had recently rebranded and moved domains, but hadn’t kept their old domain. This meant they had lost the authority and trust signals they’d built up over time — and essentially had to start again from scratch in Google.
As a result, organic traffic was low and the site was struggling to compete in an extremely competitive sector. PPC was doing the heavy lifting, and organic leads were limited.
Osbourne Pinner needed a strategy that would rebuild authority, increase rankings and generate a steady flow of organic leads, without being dependent on paid campaigns long-term.
The Solution
Our discovery sessions made it clear that Osbourne Pinner needed a strategic and systematic approach built around authority, relevance and repeatable growth.
Rather than trying to take on the biggest competitors head-on for the most competitive terms, we focused on building momentum in the areas where we could win, and scaling from there. These were the key activities…
Backlink Building Push – Because the site had lost domain authority after the rebrand, we carried out a backlink building push early in the campaign to rebuild trust and momentum. This helped the website compete again, supported improved rankings and accelerated organic growth.
Service Page Creation & Optimisation – We wrote and optimised 25+ service pages, each built around high-intent legal searches. These pages were designed not only to rank but also to convert, helping the site grow visibility across the firm’s most important services.
Resources & Tools – To strengthen topical authority and improve engagement, we created resources that target real user needs. This included the creation of SEO assets such as divorce calculators, which also generate leads.
Competitor Gap Article System – With so much competition in legal SEO, we knew generic blog posts wouldn’t be enough. We applied our proprietary article-writing system, designed to uncover search gaps competitors don’t know about. This approach helped Osbourne Pinner climb consistently by becoming a stronger authority across key topics, rather than publishing content for the sake of it.
The Results
• 1,580 to 6,300 organic visitors per month • 299% Organic Traffic Growth
In December 2024, the site generated 1,580 clicks from organic Google searches. By December 2025, that number had grown to 6,300 clicks, representing a 299% increase in organic clicks over 12 months.

Keyword Rankings Growth – At the start of 2025, the site ranked for 1,599 keywords. By the end of the year, it ranked for 3,605 keywords — an increase of 2,006 keywords and a 125.5% improvement in overall organic visibility.

Consistent Organic Leads – The site has moved from generating most enquiries through PPC to generating consistent leads through organic search. Osbourne Pinner now receives approx. 5 leads per day from organic SEO, giving the business a scalable pipeline beyond paid campaigns.
Business Expansion – When we began, Osbourne Pinner operated from London only. Since then, the firm has expanded its footprint, opening two additional offices and expanding into Manchester, a reflection of wider business growth supported by a stronger digital presence.
