The Challenge
M19 Solutions is a professional team of private investigators based in Manchester. When the business came to Wrise, the website was still in its early days. It was small, new and had no domain authority, meaning it had little chance of competing in Google’s search results — especially in a competitive industry like private investigation.
The client had one clear priority: rank locally in Manchester. Visibility in their own region mattered far more than national rankings. They needed to show up when people searched for a private detective in Manchester, Greater Manchester and nearby areas.
The Solution
This campaign was built around a long-term but highly strategic approach: strengthen the website’s foundation, build local relevance and increase authority, then scale it with repeatable content growth.
Here were the key activities that drove results…
Website Refresh – The first priority was improving the site itself. The design wasn’t helping the brand appear as professional as it needed to, so the website was refreshed to create a stronger first impression and better user experience.
Onsite Optimisation – Next, we optimised the homepage and began expanding the website with targeted service pages designed to rank for high-intent searches. These pages helped the site begin showing up for the services people were actively searching for.
