How do I get started?

How do you know what to write?
If you have a brief, that’s a great place to start. When required, this will be followed up by additional questions and / or discovery calls depending on the complexity of the project.
When applicable, we’ll create a comprehensive Brand Bible during the discovery phase. This essential document helps us collate and assess all relevant information about your brand, ensuring a consistent and effective communication strategy.
Do you provide keyword research?
Yes. If you want search engine optimised content but don’t have keywords, we’ll perform research to find the best queries to target. We check phrases relevancy, intent, popularity and competitiveness.
The results will be provided to you for review in a Google Sheet, to ensure you’re happy with the results.
What will I receive?
Content will be provide in Google Docs. The copy will include headings and sub-headings, hyperlinks, title tags, meta descriptions and any relevant keyword data.
Can you Surfer optimise content?
Yes. If you want go further with the search engine optimisation process, we can SurferSEO optimise content.
SurferSEO is a tool designed to help optimise written content, like blog posts and articles. Offering a data-driven approach, SurferSEO give us real-time, actionable insights to better optimise content. In fact, studies show that there is a strong correlation between a page’s Surfer SEO’s Content Score and its rankings Google rankings.
What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time for content creation varies depending on the scale and complexity of the project.
Some projects can be finished in just a few days. Typically, the entire process from ordering and discovery through to keyword research, content creation and edits takes around 2-4 weeks.
Do you use AI?
AI is a great tool for brainstorming, but we don’t use it to write content, no.
Is the content unique?
Yes, all content is written from scratch. It’s unique and plagiarism free.
What if I’m not happy with the content?
We’ll send the first piece of content for you to review first, to check we’re on the right track. Not 100% happy with the results? No problem. We offer unlimited revisions.
Content can be edited until it’s just right for you. If you’re still not 100% sure and would prefer not to continue, we’ll provide a full refund.
Do you provide white label services?
Yes. We do the hard work, you take the credit. And thanks to our low prices, you can sell our writing service with a markup.
