We charge a pre-agreed flat rate. Rates are based on the effort required from us, our experiences and the value we will add to your project.
For one-off projects, we require a 50% pre-payment and the remaining funds upon completion.
For ongoing projects, payments are collected at the end of each month via a direct debit using GoCardless.com.

In addition, we can arrange phone calls, site visits and even test-drive your services. We’ll use all of the information to create a Brand Guide – a blueprint we use to ensure we write content that fits with your brand perfectly.

It depends on the size of the project, but a typical website content project turnaround is 2 - 4 weeks. If you have an urgent deadline, let us know.
